Eugene Pak | Optometrist

A bit of a nomad, my love for travel has led me across Europe and Asia, backpacking through Australia, and living all across the States. However, the uniqueness of Portland is what ultimately drew me back in. Now I get to eat some of the funkiest of foods, listen to awesome music, and see patients in my favorite city. I love what I do because I get to meet different people and listen to their stories. Most importantly, I enjoy being able to fulfill the visual needs of my patients.Ā

In my spare time, I like to fill up my sketch book with doodles, eat bags of cookies and chocolate, arm wrestle, and chill with my very cool but obnoxious dog. Oh, and did I mention that I also love to watch Blazers games (the GREATEST BASKETBALL TEAM OF ALL TIMEā€¦Iā€™m not biased at all)?

Dr. Pak graduated from Western University of Health Sciences College of Optometry in 2016. She received her residency training at the Newington Veterans Affairs Connecticut Healthcare System in primary care and ocular disease. She has lectured at the University Hospitals in Cleveland, OH, the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA, the College of Optometrists in Vision Development, and the American Academy of Optometry.Ā
