Here at Myoptic, we examine your eyes properly — which means that we take the time to ask you the right questions in order to understand your unique vision needs while also giving you enough time to ask your own questions.

Together, we’ll find the solutions that will provide you with a clear prescription and great ocular health.

Your examination will include an unhurried determination of your prescription, testing of your eye muscle balance and function, and a thorough evaluation of your ocular nervous system.

You will receive a comprehensive eye health examination, which includes cataract and glaucoma screening (WITHOUT that pesky “puff of air”).  Your eye health exam also includes tear evaluation for dry eyes and a detailed retinal evaluation.

We offer digital photography of your retinas.  Retinal digital photography means less pupil dilation, which means more comfort for you.  Digital photographic documentation of your retinas also provides us with a more reliable record of the stages of your retinal health, which means better prevention, detection, and management of eye disease for you.

We donate a portion of all exam proceeds to your choice of one of four Portland-based nonprofits.
